1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Guadaweb ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Guadaweb provides an "Agency Operating System" for freelance developers and agencies, including tools for project management, client portals, and invoicing.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Guadaweb cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. All of your content will be immediately inaccessible from the Service upon cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Guadaweb, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
